Withdrawal notice

This notice applies if you are a consumer, that is, if you conclude the contract for purposes that, for the most part, can be attributed neither to your commercial activity nor to your self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (the provider named in the legal notice) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email). You can use the model withdrawal form below for this, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the period has ended.

The quickest way is our “Withdraw from contract” button — no sign-in needed, with an acknowledgement of receipt including a timestamp and an additional confirmation by email. It does not replace a statement in text form (e.g. by email) but stands alongside it as an equal alternative — you are free to choose which route you use.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which your notice of withdrawal from this contract reached us. For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment under any circumstances.

Early expiry and compensation for value

CasaCal is a digital service. When you take out the subscription, you expressly agree during checkout that we start providing the service immediately — before the withdrawal period has ended — and you confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been provided in full. If you withdraw after the service has begun at your request but before it has been provided in full, you owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal; we refund the rest to you.

The 30-day free trial is not affected by this: it is free of charge and without obligation, and since no payment is made, a withdrawal would be moot there.

Withdrawal and cancellation

Withdrawal only concerns a newly concluded contract within the fourteen-day period. Independently of this, you can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the paid period.
