Occupancy calendar
Accurate to the half-day: departure in the morning, arrival in the afternoon — both fit on the same changeover day without colliding. Double bookings are technically impossible. Works for a motorhome, van or boat too.
Thu 16 July: Anna leaves in the morning, Uncle Peter arrives in the afternoon. Both half-days fit on the same day — no conflict.
Occupancy calendar, July 2026, Lake House. Anna is there from the afternoon of 13 July to the morning of 16 July. Uncle Peter takes over from the afternoon of 16 July to the morning of 21 July. From 22 to 23 July, the home is blocked for renovation. Grandad and Grandma are there from the afternoon of 24 July to the morning of 26 July.

Frequently asked questions
What does CasaCal cost?
€39 per year, per holiday home. All family members are included at no extra cost.
How many people is this for?
As many as you like. Whether it’s a small family or a large extended family sharing an inheritance, there’s no limit on the number of members you can invite.
Can I see the occupancy in my own calendar too?
Yes. Every member gets a private calendar link (iCal) for Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar. The link is read-only, and you can renew or revoke it any time.
What happens after the trial?
After 30 days, you decide whether to continue. If you don’t subscribe, your calendar stays visible — you can view everything, just not log new stays, until you subscribe. Nothing disappears; every entry stays.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data lives on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Each family sees only their own holiday home — kept technically separate at the database level.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You pay the first year up front (€39); if you cancel, your subscription ends when that year is up. After that it continues monthly at €3.25, and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the month.
