One holiday home, several owners

In CasaCal every owner of the inherited home has the same rights, and everyone uses one shared calendar.

Every co-owner has the same rights
There's no single administrator with special powers: anyone with the Owner role can invite and manage members and edit the home's details.
Never without an owner
CasaCal blocks removing or demoting the last remaining owner, so the home always has at least one person with the Owner role.
Split costs between the owners only
In the owner model, expenses are split equally between the co-owners, regardless of how often each one stayed.
Still open to everyone else
Partners, children or friends join as members, log their own stays and see the calendar. Managing the home stays with the owners.
